Which address to use

• Corrections — contact@melastomataceae.org, subject "Record correction". Include the page URL or the GBIF/GenBank identifier and the source that shows the correct information.
• Data contributions — contact@melastomataceae.org, subject "Data contribution". See the contribution routes first: most data is best published upstream, where it reaches everyone.
• Bugs and broken pages — contact@melastomataceae.org, subject "Bug report", with the URL and what you expected.
• Data protection — privacy@melastomataceae.org, including access and deletion requests.

What to expect

Corrections are triaged within five working days, and corrections to published articles take priority over new material. Data contributions are handled in batches when the corresponding source is next synchronised, so a change may not appear on the site immediately after we reply.

Before writing, it is often worth checking the FAQ and the methodology page — the answer may already be documented there.
